Return Policy

Returns are easy! We want you to be happy with your purchase from Label-Slave Boutique.  You may return merchandise for a full store credit, less express shipping charges, up to 7 days after delivery.  


  1. Full Cash refund if you do not receive your order.

Please understand that we are a small store.  We are not Macy's,  or Bloomingdales who can afford to produce items, send them to you free of charge, return them free of charge and then issue you a full refund.  That business model isn't working for them either hence all the stores closing physically.  Please rest assured that once those companies are online only, which is coming soon,  those return policies will be greatly restricted.  They can simply afford to lose more in the beginning to win later.  Unfortunately we cannot.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

We will email you when we process your return!

  • Your RMA must be entered within 48 hours of delivery.*
  • Your return must be postmarked up to 7 days of the initial receipt. Returns post marked after 7 days will not be accepted.*
  • Absolutely NO REFUNDS for items bought with STORE CREDIT.
  • Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) entered in our system will not be processed.
  • Your RMA is valid for 7 days. Please ship the items within this time frame.
  • Returns on sales invoices older than 30 days will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on rhinestoned jewelry.
  • For speedier processing of your return, please provide the items with their original packaging and correct item number.
  • Items that come in sets (such as a necklace and earring set) must be returned in full (i.e., you must return both the earrings and necklace in an earring set).
  • Returns received in worn condition will not be refunded, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s). Items must be unwashed and free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear.
  •  A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
  • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Therefore, please place your shoes in their original box inside of a bigger box before sending them back to us.
  • Intimates, Tights, Leggings, Socks, Cosmetics, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
  • Express shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! Also when returning items please use a verified shipping company that offers you the opportunity to track your return as unreceived items cannot and processed.


We do not facilitate exchanges.  Due to the high demand of our products if you send back an item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.  Simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return.   You may use the credit towards purchasing the correct item/size or for another item.

Items purchased with store credit, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, tights, leggings, socks, cosmetics, and final sale items are non-returnable.

      1. Access the “Return Authorization” section on the website by clicking here, or directly under “My Account” if you have already registered on our site.  Complete the online form with the information requested, including: the details of each item, the quantity of items that you would like to return, the reason for the return.
      2. A prepaid shipping label will be issued within 12-24 hours.  Upon receipt simply attach the label, which includes our return shipping address, to the outside of box. If you are creating your own shipping label you can request a return address.  Please contact our Customer Service Team if you need assistance
      3. Remember to quickly ship your item within the allocated time frame.
